Microsoft Documents Accessibility Training Plan

Learning Outcome

Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint you will learn how to create documents following accessibility guidelines (applicable Web Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA) and best practices. You will also learn how to test for accessibility using the Microsoft Accessibility Checker and manual testing techniques.

Participants will learn about:

  • The importance of creating accessible documents
  • Accessibility guidelines and best practices for creating MS Documents
  • How to change settings to make it easier to create accessible documents
  • How to test for accessibility using the Microsoft Accessibility Checker and manual testing techniques

Anyone who creates or reviews MS Documents.
